We are seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join our B+K Property Services, based at Robert W Kirkland House, Alfreton Road, DE21 4AG to join work alongside our Project Managers and Quantity Surveyors.

This is a full time permanent role.

Duties of the Role:

• Supporting the Project Managers and Quantity Surveyors.
• Dealing with subcontractors and obtaining prices for works.
• Elements of works priced, labour, plant and material alongside the subcontract packages.
• Management of projects commercially once on site
• Pricing of variations once works are on site.
• Preparation of subcontract orders
• Completing CVR documents for the larger projects and commercial sheets for smaller schemes.

Key Skills & Experience Required:

• Working as part of a team.
• Working on Subcontractor payments
• Driving licence is essential- Majority of works within a 50mile radius.
• Experience in dealing with clients
