Role Overview

We are seeking a commercially driven Quantity Surveyor to manage project costs, procurement, and financial performance across multiple fit-out projects. You will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered within budget while maintaining margin and value for both the business and the client.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage project costs from pre-construction through to final account
• Prepare and review cost estimates, budgets, and tender submissions
• Procurement of subcontractors and suppliers
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and variations
• Monitor project spend, cash flow, and cost reporting
• Identify and manage risks and cost-saving opportunities
• Value engineering to optimise project efficiency
• Manage interim valuations, applications, and final accounts
• Work closely with Project Managers to ensure commercial control
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and suppliers on all commercial matters

Key Requirements

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in commercial fit-out or construction
• Strong understanding of hospitality, retail, or restaurant projects (preferred)
• Experience managing multiple fast-paced projects
• Excellent negotiation and commercial skills
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts and procurement processes
• Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and BOQs
• Proficient in Excel and cost management tools
• Degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying or related field (preferred)
