Quantity Surveyor

Lawrence Baker is a privately owned Main Contractor that has extensive experience in the building of Care Homes, ranging in value from £8M – £12M, typically on a JCT basis.

With up to 20 live jobs at any one time, our business enjoys a strong reputation for client satisfaction, with high employee retention as well as 80% repeat work, coupled with a promote from within policy.

We operate across the South, East & West and go as far north as the Midlands. Due to the nature of the work we carry out, travel is required.

We are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join our commercial team based in our offices in Witney. With experience of either Care Homes, Retirement, Housing, Schools or Student Accommodation jobs up to £12M, we offer stable permanent employment within a privately owned business that continues to go from strength to strength, coupled with a policy of internal promotion. Quantity Surveyors  are office based and do not visit site.
